Scientific Seminar: “Qur’anic Studies of Russian Orientalists (on the Example of L. Klimovich)”
PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of Theology at the Faculty of Theology, Zhakhangir Nurmatov, conducted a scientific seminar for students on the topic
“Qur’anic Studies of Russian Orientalists (on the Example of L. Klimovich)”.
During the seminar, the lecturer provided an in-depth academic explanation of the approaches used by Orientalist scholars in studying the Qur’an and comprehensively analyzed their methodological frameworks. In addition, the scholarly profile and views of L. Klimovich were thoroughly examined, and his place in the field of Oriental studies was demonstrated based on concrete evidence.
The active participation of students, their insightful questions, and engaging discussions highlighted the high level at which the seminar was conducted. This scientific event became a meaningful and intellectually enriching meeting with significant theoretical and practical value for students.
