Our Faculty Wins Third Place at the “Kültebe CUP” Republican Intellectual Competition
Today, the “Kültebe CUP” Republican intellectual competition was held in our city, organized by the Department for Religious Affairs of the Turkistan Region. A total of 20 teams from all regions of the country competed in three stages.
Representing our faculty, PhD Mukhit Tolegenov, PhD Nurlibek Zhanikulov, and students Mäulen Hasan and Törekhan Zhaydarbek advanced to the final round. In the final stage, they demonstrated their knowledge and intellectual agility, earning third place.
The main goal of the competition was to develop the intellectual potential of young people, enhance their civic engagement, and promote national values. The questions covered topics such as the history of Kazakhstan, the legacy of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi, characters from Kazakh literature, traditions and customs, sports, and state legislation in the field of religion.
Such intellectual competitions undoubtedly contribute to a deeper understanding of our literature, culture, and traditions among young people. They also play an important role in fostering values such as diligence and integrity, as well as strengthening respect for our historical heritage.
