WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE PROJECT “FROM MOTHERLAND TO ANCESTRAL LAND – A BRIDGE OF HEALTH,” COMPLEX SURGICAL OPERATIONS WERE PERFORMED

Within the framework of the project “From Motherland to Ancestral Land – A Bridge of Health,” a delegation of specialists arrived at the Clinical and Diagnostic Center of our university. Among them was Yunus Soylet, a pediatric urologist from the Republic of Türkiye, who exchanged professional experience with local medical specialists.
It should be noted that Yunus Soylet is a professor at Istanbul University, a pediatric urologist, and an internationally recognized expert. He has previously conducted several international master classes at the university clinic in the field of pediatric urology.
In collaboration with the clinic’s pediatric surgeon Vohid Tairov, the professor performed rare surgical operations in the Turkistan region.
In total, three complex surgeries were carried out on patients aged 4–7 years with congenital anomalies of the urogenital system. This represents a significant achievement for regional healthcare, as such high-level operations have previously been performed only rarely.
In addition, the doctor provided consultations to patients and their parents, explaining treatment methods in detail. At present, the children who underwent surgery are in stable condition and are receiving inpatient care.
According to specialists, such international exchange of experience will continue in the future, giving new momentum to the development of healthcare in the region.
