Shafigulina Rozaliya was born on April 17, 1990 in the city of Turkestan, Turkestan region.
2007-2011 studied at the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after A.Yasawi, specialty 050119 – "Foreign language: Two foreign languages".
In September 2011, she entered the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after A.Yasawi on the basis of a quota for a master's degree in the specialty of 6M011900 – "Foreign language: Two foreign languages", and in 2012 she received an academic master's degree.
01.06.2011-01.09.2011 worked as a translator at the Iranian road construction company “DenaRakhsaz” in Turkestan.
From 01.04.2013 to 01.09.2013 she worked as an English teacher at the Secondary school No.52 in Almaty.
From 01.02.2014 to 01.11.2014 she worked as an English tutor at the “Polyglot” Educational Center in Turkestan.
From 03.11.2014 to 06.01.2015 she worked as an English teacher (A1A2B1) at the Department of Kazakh, Russian, English languages of the Preparatory Center for Language Training of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named by A.Yasavi.
Since 09.02.2015, she has worked as an English teacher (A1A2B1) at the Preparatory Faculty of the Pre-university Preparatory Faculty of English at the International Kazakh-Turkish University named by A.Yasawi.
From 01.09.2020 to 02.11.2020 she held the position of Deputy Dean of the Preparatory Faculty of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named by A.Yasawi.
Since 02.10.2023, acting head of the English Language Department of the Preparatory Center of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named by A.Yasavi.
