Biography
Rüştü Kaya is a lecturer at the Department of International Relations at Khoja Ahmet Yassawi International Turkish-Kazakh University. He received his PhD in International Relations from Gazi University in Turkey. He also holds a Master’s degree in Eurasian Studies (Middle East Technical University), as well as a Bachelor’s degrees in International Relations (TOBB University of Economics and Technology) and History (TOBB University of Economics and Technology). His research focuses on theories of international relations, international security, Russian foreign policy, and Central Asia. He teaches Diplomatic and Consular Service, Asia-Pacific in International Politics, Cybersecurity, International Security, and Geopolitics.
