In 1984, he graduated from the Department of machine technologies of Marmara University.
In 1989, he received a master's degree from Fyrat university.
In 2001, he received a PhD from the University.
In 2009, he was awarded the title of associate professor from the Interuniversity Council.
In 2016, Mugla Sytky was awarded the title of professor at Kochman University.

Professor, Doctor of science Mustafa Nursoy was born on January 15, 1965 in Antakya, Republic of Turkey.

1985-1994. - Researcher of the University of fyrat.
1994-2013 – Teacher, associate professor at Abant Izzet Baysal University.
2013-2014 - Associate professor of Istanbul University of development.
2014-2016 – Vice-rector of Akhmet Yassawi University
2016-2023 - Professor of the University Mugla Sytka Kochman
2017-2020 - Dean of the Faculty of Engineering of Mugla Sytky Kochman University
2022-2023 - Vice-rector of Mugla Sytka Kochman University
2023 – until now-vice-rector of Akhmet Yassawi University
