Biography
BIOGRAPHYMy name is Malike Berdibaikyzy Shaikhystamova. I was born on December 3, 1983, in the village of Zhartytobe, Sozak district, Turkistan region, Kazakhstan. My nationality is Kazakh. In 1991, I began my studies at Secondary School No.16 named after Sh.Ualikhanov and graduated with honors in 2001.In the same year, I entered the Faculty of Philology at Khoja Ahmed Yasawi International Kazakh-Turkish University, majoring in “Kazakh Language and Literature,” and graduated in 2005, earning the qualification of Teacher of Kazakh Language and Literature. In 2007, I was admitted to the Master’s program in “Philology” at the same university and graduated in 2009 with the academic degree of Master of Philology.In 2013, I entered the PhD program in “Kazakh Language and Literature” at Khoja Ahmed Yasawi International Kazakh-Turkish University and completed it in 2016. In 2006, I worked as a teacher of Kazakh Language and Literature at Secondary School No.16 named after Sh.Ualikhanov in Sozak district.In 2009, I worked as a laboratory assistant at the “History of Kazakhstan” Department of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi University, and in 2010 as a senior laboratory assistant at the “Geography” Department.From 2011 to 2013, I served as a secretary in the Administrative and Personnel Department.From 2016 to 2023, I worked as a researcher at the Turkology Research Institute.Since 2023, I have been working as a lecturer at the Department of Kazakh and Russian Languages, Preparatory Faculty, Khoja Ahmed Yasawi International Kazakh-Turkish University. I am fluent in Kazakh, and I also speak Turkish, Russian, and English. I have excellent computer skills.I am married and have two sons.
