She graduated from the medical faculty of the Kazakh State Medical University named after S.Asfediyarov. In 2003, she completed a two-year residency in public health at the Higher School of Public Health (HSE), and enrolled in the HSE Graduate School, where she studied at the Department of Hygiene, Epidemiology and Biomedstatistics. After successfully completing her postgraduate studies, since 2007 she worked first as an assistant and then as a senior lecturer at the HSE Educational and Information Center. She was at the origins of the creation and implementation of evidence-based medicine in the Higher School of Economics, the methodology for the development of clinical guidelines and recommendations, and the evaluation of medical technologies.
In 2010, she defended her PhD thesis on the topic: "Medical and preventive information support for the population of Almaty", performed in the specialty 14.00.33 – public health and healthcare.
In January 2012, she was appointed Head of Biomedical Statistics, Evidence-based Medicine and Information Technology at the Higher School of Economics.
Since 2016, she has worked as Deputy Dean of the Medical Faculty of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. In 2018, she was appointed Director of the Higher School of Public Health of the Faculty of Medicine and Healthcare of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
She is the author and coordinator of many medical education programs, while working at KazNU, al-Farabi coordinated activities to obtain licenses for medical education programs of all levels and specialties.
She has completed numerous specializations and advanced training abroad and in Kazakhstan.
She is an experienced researcher, has participated in more than 15 scientific projects as a researcher and coordinator. Author of more than 50 scientific papers (h-index 2), 3 teaching aids for doctors, undergraduates and doctoral students. In 2021, she received the academic title of associate professor.
She was awarded certificates of honor from the Ministry of Health (2011) and the Ministry of Education and Science (2017) of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in 2014 she was awarded the badge "Excellent Health Worker", in 2021 she was awarded the badge "Kazakh ulttyk universitetin damuyna koskan ulesi ushin".
