I completed my undergraduate education at Selçuk University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of International Relations. In 2008, he completed his master's degree titled "Priorities of Post-Cold War Kazakhstan – Turkey Relations" at Hoca Ahmet Yesevi International Turkish-Kazakh University, Department of Political Science, and in 2014, he completed his master's degree titled "Post-Cold War Turkey and Turkey Relations" at Gazi University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of International Relations. I completed my doctoral study titled "Comparative Analysis of Russia's Nearby Neighborhood Policies: The Case of Central Asia". I worked in administrative positions at Hoca Ahmet Yesevi International Turkish-Kazakh University from the early 2000s until 2014. Between 2015 and 2017, I was the Deputy Director of Hoca Ahmet Yesevi International Turkish-Kazakh University, Eurasia Research Institute and the Editor-in-Chief of the "Asia Europe: Haber Yorum" Magazine. Today, I am the Head of Department of Public Administration and International Relations at Hoca Ahmet Yesevi International Turkish-Kazakh University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. In addition, by the decision of the Senate of Hoca Ahmet Yesevi International Turkish-Kazakh University, I was awarded the "Year of Yesevi" medal and by the Ankara Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the occasion of 20 years of diplomatic relations between the Republics of Kazakhstan and Turkey.
